Deutsche Telekom’s takeover of SAP’s hosting business in Europe

T-Systems’ acquisition of SAP’s hosting customers in Europe has been approved by the Federal Cartel Office. Deutsche Telekom’s corporate customer subsidiary will gradually take over SAP system support for some 90 large and medium-sized customers at its data centers, where they will be able to obtain infrastructure, services and know-how in the future and have the additional option of calling up SAP services dynamically on demand.

T-Systems is the leading global provider of customized SAP services from the network. Multinational groups such as Shell, MAN and Linde already use this innovation from T-Systems and source SAP services dynamically via Deutsche Telekom’s network.
