Stuart Maue entered into a long term agreement with Juniper Networks, Inc.

LIBRA - Connex™ is a proprietary Internet based legal bill review application designed to manage and perform all aspects of the law firm invoice creation, transmission, receipt, review, analysis, and storage process. Stuart Maue has created the Web enabled solution for the creation, transfer, and validation of billing data from law firms to clients based upon Stuart Maue’s proprietary legal audit software and earlier released LIBRA™ program.

LIBRA - Connex™ allows Juniper Networks and its law firms an encrypted Internet connection for paperless transfer of billing information between the law firms and Juniper Networks. LIBRA - Connex™ automatically performs a real-time review of the information received from each law firm and notifies the law firm when the submission does not comply with Juniper’s predetermined criteria. The law firm is given the opportunity of either editing the submission to attain compliance or submitting the information without further editing. Once the law firm has submitted the billing information for payment, the law firm can fully monitor the process and track any outstanding balances throughout the payment cycle.

LIBRA - Connex™ allows Juniper Networks full access to each law firm submission, budget information, payment records, invoice review status, and other information maintained in Stuart Maue’s data warehouse. Juniper Networks has elected a review of individual invoices that will include review by Stuart Maue’s legal auditors.
