New York, Deutsche Bank today announced it has been named among the 100 Best Companies of 2009 by Working Mother, underscoring the Bank’s dedication to family-friendly benefits and programs supporting work-life balance. Several of Deutsche Bank’s programs are highlighted in this year’s magazine, including the Bank’s adoption assistance benefits, backup family care programs, maternity/paternity & adoption leaves and its Phase Back to Work Program.

“It is an honor to be a part of this important recognition and I am proud to be one of the many women who has benefited from several of Deutsche Bank’s programs for working mothers and women in finance,” said Ruhle.

Ruhle joined Deutsche Bank’s Institutional Client Group in 2003. She is actively involved in several of the Bank’s initiatives benefiting women in finance, including spearheading women’s networking efforts and recruiting for the Global Markets division.
