The Richardson Group Appoint BPM Professional Services

BPM Professional Services, a new division of North West based company BPM Group which has been specifically created to provide construction and project management services to large contractors and developers, announced today that they would be taking on a new client: well known commercial property owners The Richardson Group.

BPM Professional Services won the contract to act as project managers, overseeing the refurbishment of a Northampton based shop unit, after overcoming a number of local competitors.

Operating from the BPM Group’s brand new office in Northampton, BPM Professional Services’ staff will provide a comprehensive range of project management, surveying and construction services during the refurbishment of the retail premises, which recently suffered severe fire damage.

These services will include surveying and quantification of fire damage to the building, producing a schedule of works, submitting the schedule of works to the loss adjustor, agreeing necessary works, tendering to local contractors, overseeing appointment of contractors, inspecting works and providing certificate of completion for the work.
