(NYSE: MAR) has been recognized again by BusinessWeek magazine as one of the “Best Places to Launch a Career.” The list highlights companies that excel at offering a superior workplace for entry-level employees. This year, Marriott was recognized for low turnover rate, and according to the publication, Marriott’s retention is the best in the industry, with 35 percent of new hires remaining after five years on the job.
