Deadline nears for entry to The Co-operative Legal Services’ ‘win a will’ draw

Writing a will is a job few people like to think about, yet it is an important task for anyone who wants to be certain that their wishes are carried out and relatives benefit from their estate in the way they want. Without one, the deceased’s assets will be distributed by an outside executor according to rules laid down in law, and their family and loved ones will have no say in the process.

The Co-operative Legal Services offers a carefully-prepared Will allowing someone to express their wishes about what to do with their estate and provide for their loved ones.

So for someone who doesn’t already have a will, The Co-operative Legal Services are offering the chance to write one for free. The lucky winner can choose from their range of Will-writing services, potentially worth more than £400 depending on individual requirements.

But anyone interested will have to be quick to take advantage of this opportunity, as the competition closes on Wednesday September 16.
