David Singhiser Adds Libertas Accelerated Loan Modifications To List Of Services

On 1 August 2009, David Singhiser launched a new addition to Libertas Online Services: Libertas Accelerated Loan Modifications.

Mr. Singhiser, who lives in Honolulu, explained his motivation, “Recently Keith Ernst, the director of the Center for Responsible Lending testified in Congress that the 1.5 million homes already lost to foreclosure ’are just the tip of the iceberg.’ He expects 13 million total foreclosures over the five years from the end of 2008 to 2014. I want to fight that and help as many family as I can keep their homes"

“The situation is obviously getting out of hand,” he continued, “HOPE, and the banks are not doing the job. HOPE is already failing homeowners. The lenders are interested in themselves. No one is working in the interests of the homeowner. They need lawyers trained in Loan Modification and Forensic Loan Audits.”

Mr. Singhiser, a former Spanish teacher and fervent libertarian, says “My goal is to save as many homes from foreclosure as possible and keep families in their homes. I’ve watched the banks devour the wealth of the American People and I’m sick of it. My way of fighting back is saving one home at a time"
