Determining and Improving Our Partners’ ROI
As we enter the next economic climate, everyone is trying to prove the value of exhibitions and conferences. That can be done in multiple ways: by increasing the value of the event according to the metrics used by the partner, by changing the metrics to one where value can be more readily provided and quantified or by reducing costs. This session will treat all our partners as members of our strategic team and part of our P&L mix and determine how we can ensure that vendors, exhibitors and attendees all feel they can determine their ROI at our shows. In each case, we will set out examples of how we can work together to make sure they gain greater value from their participation: be it in writing more orders, attracting additional new business, receiving more sales orders, increasing visibility in their industry or lowering costs so they can still make a profit. We will dissect an exhibitor’s investment with smaller booths and discuss how they can still meet their ROI objectives with a smaller presence. Since the attendees need to justify their trip, we will discuss how we can make their experience more profitable through such
things as matchmaking and time management.
