Author Writes Book to Guide How Each Book of the Bible Point to Christ

On August 24–28, this year, the Beijing International Book Fair will conduct its 21st edition. Among the books that will be featured in the fair is Christ in All the Books of the Bible written by John Walker.

In the book, Walker gives the student of the Bible a guide to how each book of the Bible points to Christ. He writes that the Bible is one book and it cannot be taken in texts and expect to comprehend the message of divine revelation. Rather, one must see it in its completeness. He claims that God has taken pains to give a progressive revelation, so we should take pains to read it from beginning to end. The book contains scripts from the Bible that helps readers unravel its message. Furthermore, the book sets the difference between the Old Testament and the New Testament. The former sets the stage for it, while the latter describes it.

About the Author

John Walker is a licensed preacher, a husband, a father, and a grandfather. He was licensed to preach in 1982 at the New Way Fellowship Baptist Church in Miami, Florida. He was ordained in 1990–2002, as Minister of Christian Education at Faith Memorial Baptist Church and became its assistant pastor from January 2006 to the present.
