The boss suggested to settle the issue by compelling Bob to retire early. What hurt Rosalie the most was the truth that the company was generous in letting her brother go after he had outlived his usefulness.

As Life Goes On had been showcased to an international audience at the American Library Association Annual Conference & Exhibition. The event was held at Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida last June 23–28, 2016.

Rosalie Contino was raised in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated with a degree in elementary education from Fordham University. She got her MA and PhD in educational theater and costume design at New York University. Now retired, she writes books and plays, designs costumes, and gives lectures.
