The Chest of Visions stimulates the image of a world without faith and, at the same time, answers common questions of faith, like why bad things happen to good people.

The Chest of Visions is Tim Ferguson’s captivating book that reaches out and evangelizes young adults. In this fantasy fiction book set in another Earth named Caperston, people receive Jesus for the first time. The book has been featured in several book fairs both local and international. Just recently it was showcased in the AJC Decatur Book Festival last September 2–4, 2016, in Georgia.

Jesus came to Earth about two millennia ago. In Caperston, religion does not exist until the modern day when Jesus finally arrives. A young man named Mattpaul begins to explore religion and faith as his orderly world’s traditions are challenged by the emergence of new beliefs brought by Jesus.

The Chest of Visions stimulates the image of a world without faith and, at the same time, answers common questions of faith, like why bad things happen to good people. An Amazon reviewer says the book has made her ponder about her own life and describes the story as “compelling.” The book is recommended to teenagers and adults who enjoy an inspiring spiritual read.
