Human diversity is manifested through culture and race. Color discrimination among different races is a painful struggle, and author Lupita Samuels attempts to alleviate the suffering through her book, Think Folks Are “Not Too…”? Think Again! Is Tan “Not Too Tan”? This is the fourth book in Lupita’s Color-Blind Series. It was displayed in LitFire’s booth during the AJC Decatur Book Festival held in Atlanta on September 2–4, 2016.

The Color-Blind Series is a color sensitivity training manual for children and adults. Lupita’s books help to eliminate racial discrimination and balance the scale for a better world.

Think Folks Are “Not Too…”? Think Again! Is Tan “Not Too Tan”? includes a workbook and reflection section that makes it perfect for children. It is ideal for discussions at home, church, center, schools, and community. The book does a great job in making people realize that we are all the same and is perfect for “helping children and adults understand race in a simple way,” an Amazon Reviewer says.
