Dangers of Communism in the Current Political Setting
Diane Vann’s book makes an appearance at AJC Decatur Book Festival 2016.
“The manifesto is a detailed prescription for bringing down advanced countries like the USA . . . for communists of the working class to first take over a political party, gain control of the government, and then bring the ruling middle class and government down with the help of trade unions and socialists,”
On the 10th AJC Decatur Book Festival, LitFire Publishing featured Diane Vann’s book entitled Undermining the US Constitution: How the Communist Manifesto of 1848 Blueprints the Actions of the Democratic Party and President Obama Today from September 2 to 4, 2016, at 101 E. Court Square, Decatur, Georgia.
In the book, communism is likened to cancer, growing rapidly in the United States. Starting as an unnoticed seed, it grows insidiously and is on the brink of overwhelming America. But like cancer, we can survive communism if we can recognize and treat it. The book includes a thorough discussion on the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx and Frederick Engels and its historical connection to the Constitution and the Democratic Party.
“The manifesto is a detailed prescription for bringing down advanced countries like the USA . . . for communists of the working class to first take over a political party, gain control of the government, and then bring the ruling middle class and government down with the help of trade unions and socialists,” the author says.
More than one thousand world-class authors and hundreds of thousands of festival-goers participated in the annual event. The event hosted book signings, author readings, discussions and seminars, live music, parades, demonstrations, spoken poetry, and writing workshops.
