EMSL Chicago Laboratory Receives AIHA Accreditation for ICP-AES Analysis

EMSL Analytical, Inc. is proud to announce that its Chicago laboratory has been awarded accreditation through the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Industrial Hygiene Laboratory Accreditation Program (IHLAP). EMSL Chicago is now approved for Inductively-Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-AES) testing technique by NIOSH 7300/7303 methods.  

Through the AIHA accreditation program, EMSL (Laboratory ID: 102992) is in compliance with International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 policies and procedures along with offering high-quality testing services to clients and future partners. EMSL Chicago is also an AIHA approved laboratory for environmental lead (AIHA ELLAP) and environmental microbiology (AIHA EMLAP) testing services.

In addition, the laboratory is AIHA EMLAP approved for fungal testing and AIHA IHPAT proficient for asbestos and metals analysis. EMSL Chicago is National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) certified for airborne as well as bulk asbestos fiber analysis. The laboratory is also American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) accredited for food testing services.
