“I have to admit, there were times when I wanted to give up on Bob, but I stayed and took care of him and learned to be more compassionate. He was my dearest brother,”

A life-threatening disease, be it mental or physical, should be taken with critical care. In Rosalie Contino’s new book, As Life Goes On: Lessons One Doesn’t Want to Have to Learn, she narrates the story of looking after a brother she cared fondly for.

Bob became more difficult to deal with the worse his ailment took a hold of him. With fewer loved ones around, only his sister Rosalie went to his side even when he was not in one of his better days. This is what sibling love is about, and the author tells us her side warmly.

“I have to admit, there were times when I wanted to give up on Bob, but I stayed and took care of him and learned to be more compassionate. He was my dearest brother,” states the author.

Written in fond reminiscence, this lovely true story of two siblings who grew closer together will surely delight and touch readers.
