About the Author

Saul Shocket is a World Powerlifting champion. He is an advocate of drug-free lifting and has attained elite ranking in 148lb, 165lb, and 181lb classes. He chaired the Massachusetts and then Connecticut Drug-Free Powerlifting Associations. As a musician, he has played and recorded with renowned artists. He was most involved with the Boston Jazz Quartet.
