About the Author
Dewey “Bud” Gardner, or Brother Bud, was born in Mississippi in 1931. He joined the pastoral ministry in 1958 after a life-changing encounter with Jesus. Gardner got his bachelor of arts degree in biblical studies from East Texas Baptist College in 1960. He founded a training center for the ministry, named Faith Outreach Center International, in San Antonio, Texas.
