AmCraft Manufacturing Releases New Custom Designed Industrial Curtain Track Hardware

AmCraft Manufacturing Inc., the manufacturer of industrial curtain walls, announced the release of the “Counter Sink Connector,” a new custom designed industrial curtain track hardware piece that is designed to lay flat against the ceiling. This newest piece to the curtain hardware family was created to help minimize the ceiling challenges that facilities may encounter during the installation of an industrial curtain. The “Counter Sink Connector” is one of five custom track hardware pieces offered exclusively through AmCraft Manufacturing.

“AmCraft designs industrial curtain track hardware to make it fit the customer’s application instead of having the customer try to fit their needs to our hardware,” said Kristin Christopoulos, Director of Sales at AmCraft Manufacturing, Inc. “The standard industrial curtain hardware that is currently available on the market is often not streamlined or the most efficient way to achieve the goal.”

Ease of use is an important factor as industrial curtain wall systems are often self-installed in-house by a company’s employees instead of professional industrial curtain installers. AmCraft Manufacturing seeks to provide warehouses, auto body shops, food processing plants and other manufacturing facilities custom options to supplement the standard industrial curtain hardware available. “The Counter Sink Connector allows a lot of flexibility with installation because it mounts to a variety of ceiling structures and it is easy to install, ” adds Kristin. The “Counter Sink Connector” is designed to attach to the bottom of the Bar Truss or can be joined right to the threaded Rod via a Coupler.

The “Counter Sink Connector” joins the “Wall Mounted Offset Bracket,” “Crane Beam Offset Bracket,” and two varieties of “Flanged Ceiling Support Covers” in AmCraft’s custom industrial curtain hardware toolbox. All of the custom pieces are currently available to order exclusively through AmCraft Manufacturing.
