German Author Highlights Story of Fruits and Veggies in New Book, Dreamland

Dreamland: Fruits and Veggies is an endearing story about what happened to the fruits and vegetables which once lived harmoniously with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
 
After the tempting of the snake, Adam and Eve were banished from the Garden and they brought some fruits and vegetable seeds with them. Bresko’s story highlights the adventures of these fruits and vegetables and tackles how the banishment and first sin of Adam and Eve affected their lives.
 
In this allegory, the fruits and vegetables face different problems and tries to cope up with the changes brought by Adam and Eve’s sin. The symbolic writing is paired with some imaginative illustrations that brighten up every page.

About the Author
Christel Decker Bresko was born in Germany. When she came to England, she had to study English alone and at the same time work as a nursemaid for an old lady. She studied and earned her RN certificate before venturing out to America. Afterwards, she lived with her husband in Alaska for four years. Now happily retired, she enjoys walking, swimming, traveling, reading, and writing.
