Dirk Weyel, CEO at Stryking Entertainment GmbH, a Fantasy Sports operator based in Berlin, Germany, will speak on how the daily fantasy sports market in Europe currently looks with a focus on daily fantasy soccer as by far the most popular sports outside the US. Dirk has many years experience in the online and mobile games industry and will also give some insights on how free-to-play game design mechanics can be used and applied for daily fantasy products in order to make them a truly engaging and rewarding experience.
 
The fantasy sports industry has grown substantially from 2004 in 2015.  In addition to its exempt status under the United States federal law and the recent advent of daily fantasy sports (known as “DFS”) has brought a faster growth rate.
