Prospective home buyers can eliminate the stress of a sometimes confusing and complicated home buying process by attending CommonWealth One’s complimentary First-time Homebuyers Seminar, Oct. 16, 4:30 – 5:45pm, at the Harrisonburg Regional Branch.

“We scheduled the seminar on a Friday because weekend days are usually completely filled with kid and family activities,” said presenter Stella Evans, Loan Officer, Member Advantage Mortgage, CommonWealth One’s mortgage partner. “We’ll present the topics in an easily understandable manner so that homebuyers can focus on their home search, rather than try to decipher the mortgage process,” she added.

All homebuyers, whether experienced or first-time, are invited and will find something valuable in the information Evans presents. Topics will include:

  • Products Member Advantage Mortgage/CommonWealth One offers
  • What is PMI?
  • The purchase process
  • Translating the buzz words common in the mortgage industry
  • What makes Member Advantage Mortgage and CommonWealth One different from other financial institutions.

Evans will also present information to help mortgage applicants overcome various credit challenges that could present obstacles to mortgage approval.

Registration is requested for the seminar, but not required. Contact  stella.evans@memberadvantagemortgage.com  at (540) 801-1293 or email  stella.evans@memberadvantagemortgage.com  today to reserve your spot.
