Transcription 2000 Announces Dissolution of California Corporation

A Transcription 2000 Services, Inc. announced today that, effective June 1, 2015, its status as a California corporation has been dissolved and its online digital transcription services are now being provided solely as an Arizona corporation. The company began providing its services through the Arizona corporation earlier this year following its relocation to 7272 E. Indian School Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
 
Transcription 2000 began operations in California in 1998 and incorporated there in 2003.
