Bechtel Selected to Deliver Spadina Subway Extension in Toronto

Award Reflects Bechtel’s Track Record Successfully Delivering Rail Projects

Bechtel has been awarded a contract to work with the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) to deliver the Spadina subway extension in Toronto, Canada.  Bechtel will provide program management services as part of an integrated delivery team with the TTC.

The Spadina subway extension will extend the existing subway line across Toronto city’s boundary to the rapidly growing York region. The 8.6 kilometer extension will include six new stations and commuter parking.
