Intellectual Technology, Inc. is awarded Indiana License plate contract

Fort Wayne, IN - January 27, 2015 - ITI (Intellectual Technology, Inc.), the leading supplier of secure on-demand issuance of motor vehicle registration solutions, announced that it has been awarded the Indiana BMV License Plate contract. The new Indiana BMV contract will add another 20 full time and up to 10 part time new jobs to the growing Fort Wayne facility, which has already grown to over 50 employees in 5 years. ITI will be building a new secure 16,000 square foot license plate manufacturing facility at the Fort Wayne operations campus. (Nov. 12, 14 related news link below).

In May of 2014, ITI invested $2.85 million to expand its facilities in Fort Wayne, Indiana to meet the increasing demand for fulfillment services by North American motor vehicle agencies. The new facility tripled office space and included a call center, technology lab, a new secure warehouse, and a state of the art mailroom and fulfillment center.

The Indiana BMV license plate contract was awarded to ITI based on $14.4 million in savings over the current contract. The new ITI Fort Wayne license plate facility will have new state of the art digital license plate manufacturing equipment that is much more efficient and produces higher resolution license plates.

In addition, the ITI proprietary software offers enhanced reporting capabilities that allows the IN BMV to track registration and plate orders in real time from when orders are placed, until they are delivered in the mail.
