Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and energy efficiency professionals will have the opportunity to earn continuing education credits from a wide range of organizations.

Augusta, ME – WEBWIRE

We are finalizing the list of presentations and speakers for the 2015 Northeast IAQ and Energy Conference that will cover everything from the development of practical strategies to design, build, operate and maintain a residential or commercial building to communications, education and policy.

The 2015 Northeast IAQ and Energy Conference will provide attendees with one of the best opportunities to increase their knowledge and network with their peers in the coming year.  In addition, it will offer a wide range of opportunities to earn continuing education and certification maintenance credits from a diverse range of organizations and certifying bodies.

While the complete list of institutions that will offer credits for next year’s event is currently being finalized and will be published soon, last year’s conference offered opportunities for credit for a wide range of professionals.  They included industrial hygienists, architects, attorneys, engineers, home inspectors, restoration contractors, pesticide applicators, radon testers and mitigators, realtors, respiratory therapists, indoor air quality professionals and more.

“We are finalizing the list of presentations and speakers for the 2015 Northeast IAQ and Energy Conference that will cover everything from the development of practical strategies to design, build, operate and maintain a residential or commercial building to communications, education and policy,” said Christine G. Crocker, Executive Director of the Maine Indoor Air Quality Council.   “Shortly after we publish the list of presentations and workshops, we will post the organizations and certifying bodies that will be offering continuing education and certification maintenance credits.  We anticipate the list to be extensive due to the quality and depth of knowledge that will be shared at the conference.”

Next year’s highly anticipated event is taking place on April 15th and 16th at the beautiful Holiday Inn by the Bay in scenic Portland, Maine.  The hotel and conference center is surrounded by the Portland Arts District, is just a short walk to the Old Port District and is near the shores of Casco Bay.  The hotel offers a convenient shuttle for those flying into Portland International Jetport or arriving via other mass transit.
