Blain Insurance Group Initiates New Charity Campaign to Collaborate with Nonprofit ‘Food for Lane County’ to Provide Food for Locals In Need

A new charity campaign in Eugene is launched by the Blain Insurance Group to support the efforts of Food for Lane County in fighting hunger in their community. The plan is to donate raised food items to that organization, so they can continue to provide emergency food assistance to those in need, while also helping them achieve self-sufficiency.

“It’s heartbreaking to think that so many families, especially children, often go without a meal… We are honored to work with this remarkable organization and our community to help provide as many meals as possible this holiday season, and bring warmth to many hearts,” said Kyle Blain, the Agency’s principal.

Eugene, OR – With a new charity program in the Eugene, OR area, The Blain Insurance Group, in collaboration with Food for Lane County, announced a food drive to raise items in support of local individuals and families who are facing hunger. Oregon has one of the highest rates of food insecurity in the country, and Lane County has increasingly contributed to that rate each year, according to statistics gathered by Food for Lane County.  To help the cause, canned or dry food donations can now be dropped off at The Blain Insurance Group office, at 2677 Willakenzie Rd. Suite 6, Eugene, OR  97401.

Utilizing its own resources and seeking the help of its own network of customers and business partners, Blain Insurance Group marches on to ensure customers, friends, family and neighbors are always in good hands. The agency just recently launched the master charity program of which the current campaign is part of, electing every 60 days a new individual, organization or family in need to receive their support.
