Shaken Not Stirred is a Los Angeles based mobile bartending service that has been in business for nearly two years and has serviced the entire Southern California area, including Palm Springs, and all the other cities in the Coachella Valley. Rob Neighbors, the owner of Shaken Not Stirred will be in Palm Springs the final week of September to do events on September 24th, and September 27th.

“I don’t want to make multiple trips, so I would like to book some other events on the 25th, 26th, and 28th,” said Neighbors, who has been bartending for over fifteen years. “I normally charge a minimum to do parties in the Palm Springs area, but will offer a discount to area residents on those dates,” Neighbors added. “If you have never hired a bartender for a party, this is a great opportunity to try it,” he added.

Previously, Shaken not Stirred has bartended corporate retreats in La Quinta, weddings in Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage, and several birthday parties in the area. “I have helped plan and execute the beverage service for events of over 200 people, to smaller intimate events of less than 10 people,” said Neighbors. “I have done big weddings at local venues including the Cree Estate, and birthday parties and pool parties all over Palm Springs.”

Shaken Not Stirred has a portable bar and can set up quickly almost anywhere. They also have martini glasses and can make all kinds of drinks, from classic cocktails like the Manhattan, to fancy frozen creations like the Lava Flow. “I am doing a corporate event on Wednesday, September 24th in Indian Wells, and then a wedding on Saturday, September 27th, so I would love to do a pool party, company party, or just a cocktail party on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday of that week,” said Neighbors.

Neighbors began his career bartending in Woodland Hills many years ago and went on to be the bar manager at Frascati Ristorante in Redondo Beach. He started Shaken Not Stirred nearly two years ago and has provided bartenders and servers for events for events all over Southern California. Shaken Not Stirred is available for many other dates throughout the year and is currently accepting reservations.
