“Anthony and his mother endure daily challenging situations, and we are moved to help make their lives a little easier,” said Ernie Martinez, founder and President of Martinez Insurance Group. “We will employ all of our available resources to ensure we gather enough funds to purchase that floor sitter for Anthony… We know that will greatly improve his and his mother’s quality of life, and we can’t wait to make it happen for them!”

Pembroke Pines, FL – Martinez Insurance Group in Pembroke Pines, FL announced the debut of its charity program designed to benefit the local community. The agency will work closely with nonprofit organizations in the area, to nominate a new beneficiary every 30-90 days. The idea is to create a campaign to help the elected individual, family or programs with immediate support by bringing awareness to these very important causes.

To launch the program, Ernie Martinez, the agency’s principal, has chosen to introduce the Ann Stork Center. Dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities, the Ann Stork Center, in collaboration with Martinez Insurance Group, is currently seeking special attention to one of their kids, Anthony, who suffers from cerebral palsy and is unable to hold his head up on his own.  That condition makes it very hard for Anthony’s single mother to feed him. For that reason, the funds raised during this campaign will be directed to purchasing a special floor sitter for Anthony, allowing better positioning and facilitating many of his activities.

Each new cause showcased by the agency will accompany a detailed full story about the elected cause on a designated donations page. To join Martinez Insurance Group in supporting Anthony, donors are encouraged to visit http://www.gofundme.com/KingAnthony and share the page with their friends and family through social media and email.

With the newly launched program, Martinez Insurance Group takes responsibility for promoting that donations page through its many channels, to include its own database of thousands of customers, business partners, staff, neighbors and friends.

The agency also owns a monthly publication, Our Hometown magazine, which reserves a full page to feature the campaign of the chosen cause. The electronic Flipbook version of the current issue of the magazine can be accessed here: http://martinezinsurancegroup.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39.
