Throughout the oil and gas drilling and production market in Kurdistan, companies are required to submit drilling and production contract bids to the MNR. From there, the MNR tenders all solicitations to a pool of registered companies who are able to bid on the projects and the services that they entail. The MNR will then approve each source and select a winning bid from the validated offers.
