The Mountain Club on Loon Resort & Spa in Lincoln has been recognized by TripAdvisor®, the world’s largest travel site*, with its coveted 2014 Certificate of Excellence Award.  The honor is bestowed only on establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.  Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence represent the upper ranking of hospitality businesses listed on the TripAdvisor® website, with only the top 10 percent receiving this prestigious award.

Businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor® bubble rating of at least four-out-of-five; and have a significant volume of reviews received within the last 12 months. Additional criteria include: timeliness of reviews; operational tenure; and popularity ranking on the TripAdvisor® website. Winners of the award range from one-room bed and breakfasts to 6,000-room hotels; from bakeries to Michelin star restaurants; and from hidden attractions to world-renowned parks and museums.
